Overview

Paint mist filter cotton is also known as ground cotton, paint blocking net or glass fiber cotton. It is made of ultra-fine glass fiber, one side is green and the other side is white. It is mainly used in various types of spray booths and spray equipment to filter and collect the mist paint generated during the spraying process and reduce the paint smell of the exhaust air to meet environmental emission standards. Feierte supports non-standard customization. Paint mist filter cotton (Paint Mist Filter) is also a special filter material with gradient density fiber structure. It is specially designed for spray workshops, paint booths and other scenes to intercept paint mist particles, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and overspray paint. Through the dual effects of physical interception and adsorption, it can effectively reduce the load of the exhaust gas treatment system and protect the back-end activated carbon or RTO equipment. It is mainly used in automobile manufacturing, furniture painting, metal surface treatment and other industries.

Installation and maintenance guide

1. Selection recommendations

- When the paint mist concentration is low and needs to be replaced frequently: choose a thickness of 30-60mm;

- When the paint mist concentration is high and it takes a long time to replace: choose a thickness of 80-100mm.

2. Installation specifications

- Disposable gloves or rubber gloves need to be worn during installation. Because the glass fiber filter material is brittle when folded, gloves need to be worn for protection to prevent the glass fiber from piercing the skin.

- After installation, clean up the sanitation and clean up the broken glass fiber to prevent flying catkins.

3. Maintenance points

- When the paint mist cotton absorbs enough paint mist and the thickness becomes thinner, it needs to be replaced as soon as possible.
